Gospel and Christian music from the heart that touches the heart... and soul!
I love Gospel and Christian music! It’s in my blood. And I love God’s people and rejoicing with them! That’s why I try to be available for Gospel events and concerts, whether they are at a church, an outdoor event, community center or family reunion – wherever is good! If I’m in town, I always do what I can to be available.
Being a solo act, with a down home style harmonica player when he’s available, you’ll hear some music that you haven’t heard in years! This is that Piedmont style “down-home” music that your grandparents used to sing and play out on the porch and in church when they were children!
Songs of faith, hope and inspiration. I pull from roots, Appalachian, “down-home” music, early Gospel, spirituals and whatever else comes up at the time! Doing God’s music is in my blood, going back several generations in Appalachia, southwest Virginia, Tennessee and North Carolina. It’s not just something I learned, it is something I grew up with and shaped my life. I sing what I live and I live what I sing.
You’ll be touched by songs such as “Precious Lord, Take My Hand,” “Peace in the Valley,” “Lights of Home,” “I Want To Be At The Meeting,” “Prodigal Son,” “House of Gold,” “I Saw the Light” and many others! These are songs to enjoy, sing along to and pull up some memories with – along with some spontaneous praise and worship, if you like!
I can be available during the day, as well as evenings, almost any day except Sunday Morning. That’s when I go to my own church for a refill and inspiration!
